MICHELLE POE: Vocals, Bass Guitar
Michelle is a seasoned singer, songwriter and musician after growing up and honing her skills in a family band where she played bass with her mom and step-dad from the age of 8. She moved to Nashville in 1991 to attend Middle Tennessee State University and earned a bachelors degree in Aerospace. She has played bass for artists such as Steve Holy, Dierks Bentley and many others. She currently is on the road with Hank Williams Jr. As an artist she recorded for Dreamworks Records which released “Just One Of The Boys” as her launch to country radio. She also had a duo band with Trick Pony’s Keith Burns as “Burns and Poe” and recorded a second album of music and made several videos. Poe is an active musician along music row. DEANIE RICHARDSON: Fiddle, Mandolin, Guitar
Richardson is one of Nashville’s most sought after fiddlers. She was nominated for the Academy of Country Music Awards Top Fiddle Player of the Year in 2010. Deanie has played on Grammy Award winning records. Thriving on diversity, she has shared the stage and/or recording studio with such artists as Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, Dale Ann Bradley, Emmy Lou Harris, Ry Cooder, David Olney, Hank Williams Jr., Del McCoury Band, Marty Stuart, Travis Tritt, Holly Dunn and The Chieftains to name a few. Deanie is currently touring with Bob Seger and played fiddle on his record “Ride Out”. She has appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “Conan” and “The Today Show”. She has performed in the finest venues including the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, and London’s Royal Albert Hall, and has toured internationally in France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Scotland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland. Deanie has had the opportunity to play the wide range of styles that she does so well. She doesn’t limit herself to just the fiddle; Deanie also plays mandolin and acoustic guitar. CHRIS FAULK: Vocals, Keyboards, Guitar
Grammy Nominated songwriter, Chris has reached #1 on the Christian music charts and #4 on Billboard’s pop chart. Her songs have been recorded by rock, pop, country, latin & jazz artists, and have been featured in t.v. and motion pictures including the Sony Classics film “Saving Face”. She recorded, edited, composed music for and mixed “Gospels Come To Life” (and 8 cd box set featuring Jaci Velasquez), the “Save America’s Wetlands” campaign for the state of Louisiana, cue score for the movie Prisoner, and as recording artist “Sally Sally” was a featured with 3 songs in the movie I Really Hate My Job. Chris’ re-record of the Carpenters’ classic “Sing” – on which she played all instruments – appears in the movie Once More With Feeling, making it’s debut at the Sundance Film Festival. “Forever On My Mind”, a song she co-wrote with Richard Addrisi (“Never My Love”) is the musical South Street which recently premiered at the Pasadena Playhouse. Her solo piano record, “Winter Music”, has tracks featured in the documentary for the best-selling book Out Of The Easy. Grammy Award Winner for “Best Traditional Folk Album in 2005”,
She currently tours with Lynn Anderson playing pedal steel and banjo, and has also worked as a “multi- instrumentalist” with notable artists like Rod Stewart, Ray Stevens, Vince Gill, Deborah Allen, David Ball, Terri Clark and many others. As a song writer her songs have been recorded by artists Kelsey K, Sarah Alison Turner, Holland Marie, Tim Watson, Emma Leigh, Wade Trammell, and many other artists. She is the Author of her second book titled Coconuggets,10-Secrets to Success in a Coconut Shell. The first book is a banjo instructional book called The Ruddy Method- Beginner banjo. Robin and her husband Larry Sheridan currently own and operate, a commercial recording studio in Nashville – The Parlor Studio www.parlorproductions.com, and a publishing company Best Built Songs www.bestbuiltsongs.com where they take pride in creating new music and developing new talent.
NANCY GARDNER: Vocals, Drums
Grammy and ACM nominated musician graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Jazz and Commercial Music. In 1983 she joined Grand Ole Opry legend, Porter Wagoner as a member of his band. In 1986, she and band member Wanda Vick formed the Grammy Nominated band “Wild Rose”, Wild Rose recorded for MCA Universal and later signed with Capitol Records. They had numerous singles at radio. They toured all over the world. Gardner has spent the last 15 years producing and recording independent CD projects, with one highlight being working on a duet with Dolly Parton and Pam Gadd. She has also enjoyed playing live with various artists such as Dolly Parton, Stella Parton, Steve Wariner, Rhonda Vincent and many more.
